Warranty and Liability Information

Warranty Statement: Rogue Element Designs creates a wide variety of different products by hand. We offer a limited warranty on products created by Rogue Element Designs, and assist in providing warranty information for third-party vendors that we work with. Rogue Element Designs limited warranty covers only workmanship and defective materials. Defects and failures are rare, but as we are working with natural materials, they can happen. We will work with customers to repair or replace items that have failed due to defective materials or construction. Please be ready to provide a copy of receipt, a photo of the whole item, and a photo of the damage to the item. Rogue Element Designs will exclusively determine whether the item falls under our warranty. That being said, we will do our very best to support our products, and our customers. Liability Statement: Rogue Element Designs and its employees are not responsible for any use or misuse of any item we sell, damages to person or property, damages to other persons or their property, regardless of whether it was provided directly or indirectly by us, or via a third-party vendor. In simple terms: you are responsible for your own actions.
